3.1 Newsletter and Email Marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you the newsletter and commercial or marketing information about Quantifier (e.g. updates, offers, resources, events).

E-Privacy requirements: marketing communications are sent only after obtaining your prior consent.

3.2 Contact, Enquiries and Demo Requests
When you contact us (e.g. request a demo), we process the data provided in your correspondence to handle the enquiry and communicate with you.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), where applicable, and the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in handling enquiries and maintaining communication.

We process technical data (e.g. logs, IP addresses) to ensure security, detect abuse, and maintain and improve the Website.
